Dina and Kirsty could be considered "Ying and Yang". Both very different in proffession, temprament and experience, they make a whole circle when paired together. They have completed a Diploma in Hospitality, upskilling their experience to a nationally recognised qualification. Dina comes from a book-keeping and accounting background, while Kirsty has maintained a career in hospitality for 10 years. Both from South Africa, Dina and Kirsty love to, subtly, introduce hints of South African cooking and hospitality into their everyday.
Their ethos: "celebrating the fusion of family and food", is enfused into every day! Working with family, new and old, and building new relationships is a privilage they hold close to their hearts. Very quick to welcome you into their "home"- behind their picket fence, Dina and Kirsty cannot wait to get to know you and your family!

Also very different to each other, Kylie and Mark are a huge asset to the family, and company. Both have completed their certificate III in hospitality, gaining a nationally recognised qualification. Kylie has maintained a career in hospitality for over 15 years with an interest in both food and beverage, while Mark has tried his hand at a number of roles within the industry and really enjoys working with coffee.
